15 minutes away The Corlea Bog Trackway visitor centre Open from April – September shows an 18-metre stretch of preserved road from the Iron age.

Within 30 minutes of the house beholds The Backstage Theatre Longford and The Dean Crowe Theatre Athlone bringing you the very best in drama, music, dance and comedy.
All within 30 minutes we have Glasson, Athlone, Longford and Mullingar Golf courses where you can hit 9 or 18 holes.
30 minutes away in Athlone The Planet Entertainment Centre has all to offer for a family visit or a children’s party. With ten pin bowling an arcade and its famous Laser-tag gun game “Laser Quest” it has everything for the whole family.
40 minutes away in Killbeggan the Horse racing has shown some of the best. Also present is Lockes Distillery reputedly the oldest in the world open to visits with free tastings.
